Europol launches new campaign to find Europe’s most wanted

Europol has announced the launch of a large-scale international campaign to find the continent’s most dangerous criminals. The updated EU Most Wanted list includes dozens of suspects in serious crimes.

The list includes individuals wanted for murder, drug trafficking, major fraud, and involvement in organized crime. Among them are two Czech citizens.

The campaign is being coordinated by Europol in collaboration with national police services across the European Union through the EU Most Wanted platform. Photos, descriptions, and detailed information about each wanted individual are being published on the website and through official law enforcement channels.

“We are counting on the help of the public. It is often thanks to the vigilance of ordinary people that we are able to locate those who have evaded justice for a long time,” Europol noted. Law enforcement agencies urge anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspects to contact their country’s police or use the anonymous contact channels provided on the EU Most Wanted platform.

The campaign is part of Europol’s long-term strategy to combat cross-border crime and increase public involvement in the search for fugitives.
